What can my team do on Free?
Free covers one workplace and up to 5 active people, with geofence check-in and check-out. Extra workplaces, reports, timesheets, CSV export, photos, location history, and kiosk features are on Pro.
How does Pro pricing work?
US$9.99 per month includes 50 active seats. Each additional seat after 50 costs US$1 per month, so 60 seats cost US$19.99. Pro holds up to 300 people. Active owners and admins count too.
Do we need a dedicated attendance device?
No. Employees can use their own phones. For a Pro kiosk, use a phone or tablet at the entrance. It can display a refreshing QR code, or scan an employee badge and capture a face photo.
Can we verify a check-in with a selfie?
Yes. Pro supports selfie-based geofence check-in and check-out, and lets you save the images with attendance records.
Does Shifticker track people after work?
No. Shift-time location history on Pro is recorded only during an open shift and stops at checkout. Kiosk photos are still images captured during badge check-in, not continuous video or facial recognition.
How do we pay?
By card in the dashboard. Shifticker sells through Paddle, which handles the payment and the invoice, and you can change or cancel the plan yourself at any time.
